This is the MCP endpoint for Lifted. Add https://mcp.liftedcoach.app/mcp as a custom connector in Claude or ChatGPT and sign in with your Lifted account. Your AI then reads your recovery, sessions and program through the same engine the app uses, and can propose programs for you to accept in the app.
